About Desi Bits And Pieces
A life made of small moments, big changes, and everything in between.
We’re Yogz and Rubz. DBAP is our place to keep the funny parts, the quiet parts, the food, the dogs, the travel, the filmmaking, the learning — and the occasional chaos.
How this became us

DBAP started as a way to share pieces of our life. Somewhere along the way, it became a record of who we were, what we were learning, and where we were headed.
We make videos because we love visual storytelling. We write because sometimes a thought needs more room than a reel or a short can give it. Neither of us is interested in pretending life is perfectly organized. The bits that don’t fit neatly together are usually the ones worth remembering.
What lives here
Whatever makes a life feel lived.
Personal stories, travel, vegetarian food, DIY projects and ordinary days that turn out not to be so ordinary.
Yogz, Rubz, Ginger, Bella and Gobi — usually with at least one dog wandering through the shot.
Behind the scenes, cameras, DaVinci Resolve, storytelling experiments, mistakes and whatever we’re learning next.
The Real Management Team
Meet the Pack.
Life at DBAP is never just about Yogz and Rubz. Gobi, Bella and Ginger keep us company, keep us laughing and make sure no day is ever too quiet.
Schnoodle · Rescue
Gobi
Our rescue from the Tampa Humane Society, Gobi is deeply affectionate, loyal and fiercely protective of Rubz. He has a gentle soul, a big heart and the kind of presence that makes you feel watched over in the best possible way.
Westie · The Baby
Bella
Bella is the baby of the household and still figuring out her role in the pack. She is obsessed with hunting lizards and loves entertaining herself — especially when boredom strikes and her stuffed toys don’t stand a chance.
Jack Russell · Senior Pup
Ginger
Our senior Jack Russell, routine supervisor, and undisputed keeper of treat time. Ginger knows exactly when every snack is supposed to happen and will make sure we know too. She’s completely crazy about Yogz — and fittingly, the two of them share the exact same birthday month and day.
Why “Bits And Pieces”?
Because that’s what a life really is.
Not one perfect theme. Not a polished highlight reel. Just little pieces that slowly add up to something worth remembering.
If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
Pull up a chair. There’s always another piece coming.
